4. Signing In With Google and Other Providers

Our products let you sign in with providers such as Google, GitHub, X, Discord, and Facebook. When you choose one, the provider shares only your name, your email address, and optionally your profile picture

We use this information solely to create your account and sign you in
We never see your password for that provider
We never read your contacts, files, or messages, and we never post on your behalf
We do not share provider data with anyone beyond the services that run your account, listed below

Google user data specifically is used only for authentication and account creation, is never sold, and is never used for advertising

We do not sell your data. Aggregate, de-identified statistics, such as which features are most used, may inform how we run and market our products; no individual's information is involved in that. With your consent, analytics and advertising cookies help us understand how our products are used, measure whether our own marketing works, and show advertising for our own products. Without your consent, your information is never used for advertising in any form

We use reputable third-party providers to power parts of our platform

Stripe for payment processing
Supabase for authentication and cloud storage
Convex for application data and backend services
Resend for transactional email such as sign-in links
Vercel for hosting
OpenAI and Anthropic for AI features, for example generating explanations or refining brand details from content you submit; only the content needed for the feature is processed, and it is never used to train their models on our instruction
PostHog for product analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies
Google Tag Manager for analytics and advertising measurement, only after you accept analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 for web analytics such as page views and aggregate usage, loaded through Google Tag Manager only after you accept analytics cookies
Sentry for error monitoring in some products

These services may process data according to their own policies. We select partners that meet high standards for security and compliance

7. Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum and split them into two kinds

Essential and functional cookies: authentication session cookies that keep you signed in, trsp_coupons which remembers discount codes you have been shown so they apply automatically at checkout, and trsp_consent which remembers your analytics choice. These do not track you and do not require consent
Analytics cookies from PostHog, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4: set only after you explicitly accept the consent banner. Google Analytics cookies are shared across a product's subdomains so your visit is counted once, not once per site. Decline the banner and nothing is loaded and nothing is tracked

We use modern encryption and secure infrastructure to protect your information. All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections and stored using best practice safeguards

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and protecting access to your devices

9. Your Rights and Deleting Your Data

Under the Australian Privacy Act, the GDPR, and similar laws where they apply to you, you have the right to

Access your personal data
Request corrections to any inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account or data
Withdraw consent for non-essential features

You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time: open the product, go to Profile and settings, and choose Delete account. Deletion removes your account, your content, and any unused balance. Payment records are retained by Stripe as required by law

10. Requests From Public Authorities

If a government agency, court, or other public authority requests personal information about you, we verify the requester and review the request's legal basis, jurisdiction, and scope before responding. We refuse or challenge requests that appear unlawful or overbroad, and we do not disclose personal information voluntarily without a binding legal obligation

Where disclosure is legally compelled, we disclose only the minimum information the obligation strictly requires, we document every request and our response, and we will notify you of a request concerning your information unless the law prohibits us from doing so

11. Age Limitations

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children

If we become aware that a child has used our services, we may take steps to delete their account and any associated data

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. Any significant changes will be communicated through our website or app interfaces
