At TR Studio Pro, we aim to build software that delivers real value. Our products may offer both free and paid subscription options depending on the service

Before upgrading to a paid plan, we encourage you to explore any available free tier or trial (where offered) to ensure the product suits your needs

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you do:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain full access to paid features for the remainder of that period
  • Your subscription will not renew unless you choose to re-subscribe

Cancellation is immediate, but your access does not end until the current cycle is complete

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for

  • Partial billing periods
  • Accidental purchases
  • Unused time

All payments are final once processed. This allows us to maintain a sustainable business while continuing to support and improve our products

If you're ever unsure whether a plan is right for you, we recommend starting with the free version first

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund or remedy if a service:

  • Has a major failure
  • Is significantly different from what was advertised
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
